Preparations are well underway, and we can promise an unforgettable week full of experiences, activities and a sense of community.
Pre-registration for international groups is open at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/pTW4Gs4xvN , and the official registration will open in November! The earlier you register, the lower the fee will be. For such a large camp we need to estimate the amount of food, equipment and supplies required. Your early registration will help us with that! The registration starts at 3.11.2025, and the participation fees are as follows.
Registration 3.11.2025 – 28.2.2026, 190 €
Registration 1.3.2026 – 31.5.2026, 240 €
Registration 1.6.2026 – start of the camp, 250 €
The official camp letter will be published on 15 October 2025. It will contain more details about registration, the camp program, and practical arrangements. Stay tuned, the letter will be sent by email and published on the camp webpage. The first invoices will be sent out in March, according to the first wave of registrations.
Ongoing Recruitment for Master-Level Roles!
Autumn has brought speed and responsibility as the recruitment for master-level positions at the Häly 2026 camp has kicked off. Planning for the camp is advancing rapidly, and we are now looking for talented individuals who want to help create an unforgettable camp experience for thousands of participants.
Initial Recruitments for the Services Sector
The recruitment round began with the Services sector, which is seeking course leaders, program area coordinators, and youth work coordinators. In these roles, you can directly influence the camp’s content and participant experience through planning, guidance and inspiration.
Recruitment for the Technical Sector
The search for roles in the Technical sector has also begun. This sector is looking for practical personnel for different fields: infrastructure coordinators, food service coordinators, and security coordinators. These roles are the backbone of the camp – without effective infrastructure, safety, and food, there is no functioning camp.
Recruitment for the Communications Sector
We are looking for media assistants, social media coordinators, editors-in-chief for the radio and newspaper, and many other communication talents. If your heart beats for storytelling, visual content, or conveying the camp atmosphere, now is your moment. The search includes positions available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
