Training Department Announcement – Check Your Course Equipment Before Camp

The Training Department has published course-specific equipment instructions for HÄLY 2026. We recommend that you review the instructions no later than when packing your equipment for the camp.

For all courses, it is recommended to bring a daypack containing at least a water bottle, eating utensils, and note-taking supplies. Training sessions will take place mainly outdoors, so you should also consider the weather conditions when packing. Headwear is mandatory for all training sessions.

Equipment requirements vary depending on the course. Some courses require training gear, while others require firefighting protective equipment.

Please read the instructions for your course carefully and make sure you have all the necessary equipment with you. This will help ensure that training can begin smoothly from the very first practical sessions at the camp. The course-specific equipment instructions have been sent to the responsible persons of each fire brigade.
